Project Summary
Our team collaborated with the MapleStory Universe team to support the development of key Web3 infrastructure, creating a wallet product through a rigorous full-lifecycle process. Beginning with in-depth market research and user engagement, we identified gaps in existing solutions like Metamask and Trust Wallet. Prioritizing seamless integration with gaming ecosystems, fast transactions, and easy user onboarding, we developed an MVP with heightened security features, including Mnemonics and PIN codes. We are currently handing off the MVP to QA to ensure the best quality for release. Following QA, internal stakeholders and early users will provide feedback to further refine and improve the product.

Since its launch in the early 2000s, MapleStory has been a pioneer in the fantasy MMORPG realm, and now it's evolving into the thrilling MapleStory Universe. This vibrant Virtual World ecosystem will allow players to explore a dynamic space where various games and applications created in MapleStory come to life through NFTs. The adventure is just beginning!

All NFTs are owned by each user and can be traded and transferred between users within the MapleStory Universe. Users can acquire MapleStory NFTs through in-game play and freely trade NFTs with other users in the MapleStory Universe marketplace. Because of this we will need a wallet that allows users to securely store, manage, and interact with digital assets on the blockchain.

To inform the development of our web3 wallet, we analyzed market trends, features, and competitor offerings to identify gaps and opportunities within the web3 space

Simultaneously, we engaged with potential users through surveys and interviews, and gathered insights into their specific needs, pain points, and preferences regarding digital wallets. By synthesizing these findings, we aimed to create a product that not only meets user expectations but also stands out in a competitive market, ensuring a successful launch and adoption.

Out of 3378 surveyors, 51% of users cited user-friendliness as the top priority for improving wallet usage. This reflects the importance of creating seamless and intuitive user experiences in Web3 wallets
